Maria Carreiro of Falmouth is the Care Coordinator for Homecare Choices and a member of the leadership team.
Maria has a passion for the mission of Homecare Choices and has dedicated herself to bringing hope and joy to seniors. She will be coordinating the care plans and staffing schedules for clients in the Falmouth and Mashpee areas.
“I’ve always wanted to take care of people,” she says.
Maria worked as a Homecare Choices caregiver in the past, while also advancing her career at some of the Cape’s most respected assisted living facilities, working as a personal care assistant, a geriatric nursing assistant, an activities coordinator, and a wellness coordinator.
“Maria is a trusted friend of Homecare Choices,” says Peter Carey. “We had been looking for another strong team leader and we had a long list of must-have skills and qualities. Maria checks every category on that list.”
