Administrative Coordinator

Ramsha Tariq has joined Homecare Choices as our first fulltime Administrative Coordinator.
Originally from Pakistan, she moved to Cape Cod with her family when she was 8, attending Barnstable public schools, followed by business school, before moving to New York City to explore other opportunities.
After four years in the City, Ramsha recalls thinking, “I want to see what I can do for my community, and that made me think of Cape Cod. This feels like home.”
“Family is such a big part of what we do,” Ramsha says of Homecare Choices and its mission of providing excellent, highly-engaged care for seniors. “The people we are helping have lived and worked on Cape Cod their entire lives and have given so much to the community. Now they and their families need help, and being part of that is exciting and gratifying.”
In addition to connecting with client families, Ramsha’s role includes human resources (HR), recruiting skillful, compassionate caregivers, accounts, and processing insurance claims for clients.
“Ramsha is very kind and she brings strong business skills and a passion for the local community,” says Peter Carey, Homecare Choices Executive Director. “We feel lucky to have her here and we know she will be an asset to clients and staff.”
